Lose weight more effectively with free online diet trackers

Weight loss is 80 to 90 percent diet, 10 to 20 percent fitness. Unless you have a metabolic disorder like diabetes, what and how much you eat is the single biggest factor in determining your weight.

If you're overweight or obese you really have to eat a lot of calories to keep weight on. Once you start controlling those calories, the weight will fall right off.

This isn't anything new. We all know that the secret to a healthy body is diet and exercise. So, what goes wrong with our diet plans that makes losing weight so darn hard?
